1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an Account and use dewa96 Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesia at the time of using our Services.

• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable laws or regulations.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an Account on dewa96, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address.
• Submit valid identity verification documents, including a government-issued Indonesian identity card (KTP) and proof of address if requested.
• Create a secure password and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• Register only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts (also known as duplicate or alternate accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.
• Not allow any third party to access or use your Account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

dewa96 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to:

• Requesting a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (identity card).
• Requesting a selfie photograph holding your KTP for facial verification.
• Requesting proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
• Requesting proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your mobile banking app or e-wallet account showing your name.
• Conducting video verification calls if deemed necessary for security purposes.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 30 days of the request may be suspended.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dewa96 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept third-party payments or payments from accounts not registered in your name. Deposits from unverified sources will be refunded minus any applicable processing fees.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah).
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Rupiah) per single transaction. Higher limits may be available for VIP members upon request.
• Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. In rare cases of technical delays, deposits may take up to 15 minutes.
• Deposit Fees: dewa96 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

3.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your dewa96 Account are from legitimate sources and not derived from any criminal or illegal activity. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds, particularly for large deposits or high-volume activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

4.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a Withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• All pending bets must be settled before a Withdrawal request can be processed.
• Bonus wagering requirements (if applicable) must be fully met before Withdrawal of bonus-related winnings.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching the name on your dewa96 Account.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Timing

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah).
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Rupiah) per day for standard members. VIP members enjoy higher daily limits based on their tier status.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes during peak hours (09:00-24:00 WIB) and within 30 minutes during off-peak hours. First-time Withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal Fees: dewa96 does not charge Withdrawal fees for the first three Withdrawals per month. Subsequent Withdrawals in the same month may incur a processing fee of Rp 5,000.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

In accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations, deposits must be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit Rp 100,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 100,000 (regardless of win or loss outcome) before requesting a Withdrawal. This policy prevents the use of dewa96 as a money transfer service.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

dewa96 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to verified Account holders who meet the stated eligibility criteria (e.g., first deposit, minimum deposit amount, promotional period).
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino 20%, and sports betting 50%. Check individual bonus terms for exact contribution rates.
• Maximum Bet: While wagering a bonus, the maximum bet per round is usually Rp 25,000. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire after a specified period (typically 30 days). Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited upon expiry.

5.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

We reserve the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Using betting strategies or patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on opposing outcomes).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Any other activity deemed as abuse of promotional offers.

Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Accounts terminated and balances forfeited.

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of obvious errors in odds or betting limits (e.g., decimal point error, incorrect team names), we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• For sports betting, if a match is postponed or canceled, bets will typically be voided unless the match is rescheduled within 48 hours. Specific rules vary by sport and competition; consult our detailed sports betting rules for more information.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to minor delays due to data transmission. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

10.2 Termination by dewa96

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
